Lavanya Sharma is the Director & Founder of LISAC (Lavanya Innovations for Special Abilities and Counselling). Under her leadership, LISAC has emerged as a platform dedicated to inclusive education, global collaborations, and capacity building for educators, parents, and learners.
She also serves as a Resource Person and Member of Yuvaan Gurukul NGO, actively contributing to research, Publications, and training programs for modern education practices. In addition, she collaborates with Scribblesense (London, UK), Bookmark Study Abroad (Saudi Arabia), and other international organizations, creating a strong global network for advancing inclusive practices.
Through LISAC, Lavanya and her team focus on:
- Developing assessment frameworks and screening tools aligned with national policies such as RTE, RPwD Act, and CBSE norms.
- Designing individualized educational plans (IEPs) and teaching-learning materials for children with special needs.
- Teacher training and capacity building, empowering educators with strategies for inclusive classrooms.
- Parent guidance and support, helping families navigate screening, certification, and intervention processes.
- Research, publications, and resource development, ensuring sustainable impact in education.
Her work extends globally, with LISAC strengthening international partnerships to share expertise, exchange innovative practices, and build inclusive ecosystems.
